Free shipping on orders over 75 euros

We offer free shipping on orders of €75 or more. For orders under €75, a shipping fee will be charged. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

Return period of 14 days

We understand that sometimes it's necessary to return a product. That's why we offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order. During this period, you can inform us of your intention to return a product.

No fees for processing returns

We don't charge any extra fees for processing returns. We strive to make the returns process as smooth as possible, so you're satisfied with your shopping experience.

To request a return, simply follow these steps:

1. Contact us at Info@cigartools.nl and let us know that you want to return a product.

2. Pack the product safely in the original packaging, along with all accompanying accessories and manuals.

3. Return the product to the specified return address.

4. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase price or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.

Please note that returned products must be in good condition and must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Lighter fluid and specially designed items cannot be returned.
